Always very helpful bus drivers and courteous staff. Have used you for the last 10 years with no issues at all. Have had to cancel twice and refund was done very quickly.

Absolutely spot on service provided by sentinel parking again. Busy but no waiting to drop off or collect car keys. Straight on shuttle bus at each end of our journey. Professional and friendly business, that I would recommend and will use again. The holiday extras app crashed and was unable to access my fast track passes for the airport security. I had to trawl through emails at the gate to retrieve my booking confirmation which was far from ideal. I could not access my booking via the app! Thankfully the staff at LBA were very helpful and we were allowed through without.

Booked the car parking at Sentinel Leeds Bradford, great service ready and waiting when we got there early hours and when we arrived back straight in and out. already looking to reuse this service again, this is cheaper than getting a taxi there and back. In one word "Fantastic"

Airport Transfers were problem free. Our outbound flight was delayed an hour but the driver was waiting for us. No problem on our return, BUT a tip for those with "silent hours" set on mobiles - remember to switch it off as the taxi driver may call to let you know they are outside waiting! It was very early!

The airport parking with Sentinel, booked via Holiday Extras, was a great experience. Easy to book, and so easy and quick to use. Avoids the risk of taxi's not turning up, but for a similar cost. Already booked again for the next holiday.

We have used this parking facility for many years, just not through holiday extras, so this was the first time using holiday extras. Excellent facility, staff are always friendly and very helpful, we feel very confident regarding the safety of the vehicle we leave. We always book in for a valet for the car and it always looks like a new car,

Sentinel ( Leeds Bradford airport ) were excellent. We just travelled with ski equipment and luggage. Excellent driver insisted on helping us load and unload from shuttle bus, friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Really good experiences with this company
