On my return I didn't have any baggage to collect so went straight to the bus stop expecting a bus to be waiting. Alas no bus was to be seen for about 15 minutes. Which means you were not monitoring the return flights.

We always book our holiday car parking with Sentinel through Holiday Extras when flying from Leeds Bradford airport. We don’t look elsewhere because we know the service is reliable and convenient at a reasonable cost. Book in and pick up is quick and efficient and the frequent bus transfer takes only a couple of minutes. Very satisfied.

You did exactly what it said on the app. AIRPORT PARKING and it was an excellent service. We were late back with no extra charge. We landed at a different airport, so we had to ring you when we were 10 mins away from the airport and the bus was waiting for us and it was 03:45 JUST BRILLIANT

We have used Sentinel Parking a few times now, always through Holiday Extras and have always been very happy. The booking process is simple and the parking and transfer process is very easy and quick. And on arrival back to the park, we were in our car within 3 or 4 minutes and on our way home! Excellent service.

Sentinel has always been a reliable holiday parking experience. The shuttle buses are frequent. The drivers always polite and helpful. Always try to help with your bags. On this occasion, slight concern both driver and passenger seats were adjusted, guess to fit who was moving the car, the radio channel was also changed. Wonder how long they needed to just move the car. Will still use the company though.

Fantastic service. We were diverted to Birmingham on our return to the UK. We arrived at Leeds/Bradford approx 9 hours late at 3 am to find the shuttle bus waiting for us at the Sentinel stand! The driver fetched our cases from our coach and loaded them onto the shuttle!!!Brilliant.

The Sentinel car park fully lived up to our expectations. We were dealt with quickly on first arrival and taken to the airport within 10 minutes. On return there was a bus waiting for us and several other passengers just outside the terminal. Back at the park our car was ready and waiting. We left the site within 5 minutes of arrival. EXCELLENT service!

When I first booked with you I was offered a cash card pre loaded with £10 provided I also put £10 on it which I did before my recent holiday. When I came to try it out whilst abroad it did not work at any machine or time so I have now lost £10 which I can't recover so I will not be using your company again. Michael Craven
