Everything was as described, staff were helpful and friendly, courtesy transport bus was clean and efficient and I was able to get my car a full valet at an extremely reasonable price which I would highly recommend due to the standard of care and cleanliness I had my car returned to me in. all in all I was extremely satisfied with everything.

Car-parking easy enough to get to. Bused to airport. Airline lounge a treat - good value for what you get if you have a spare half or so before boarding.

Only thing can comment on is approach road to car park at Aberdeen is getting a very poor. Staff in the office and drivers very polite and cheerful and being an older couple was assisted with luggage and car waiting and warmed on our late return.

Wasn't told that car would be ready for collection with keys in situ. I thought keys had to be picked up in the office. A minor point though ! Staff friendly .

The check in lady handled a big queue quickly and efficiently and there was a bus and driver waiting to take us to the airport.I was impressed that we did not have to wait and on the return the bus was waiting - very good service indeed.
