Very helpful staff but even though we had to give our return flight details we had to wait in the cold for a bus to pick us up and we were lucky as we got into one quite quickly there was still folk waiting after we were picked up surely they know how much they need to pick up

I only rated 9 for this reason: whilst the service was exemplary, the drivers were extremely helpful, and the whole transaction ran smoothly...first class! However, I arrived at 6am and stood for at least 30 seconds before one of the two surly faced girls looked up. There was no 'good morning' or even 'hello' just ' name'...that was it. Definitely NOT a good first impression! Every other aspect was so good but a pity I couldn't rate you a top 10!

Everything ran very smoothly for our booking this week. The bus was waiting for us to take us to the airport and again when we arrived home it was waiting for us at the airport. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was the first time I had used the car park and some signs as to where to park and what to do would be useful as the man got a bit cross with me as I didn't leave my car in the 'right' place. If there were signs I didn't see them - it was 04.30 and it might have been me though!
