When I went to book my car into the airport car park they had no record of me booking in .I had to show my email from you otherwise I would of had to pay again so wasn't happy about that.so why didn't you let the airport car park know I was coming?wont be using your services again.

Signs directing you off the main road past the airport are not very obvious and in the dark could easily be missed. There are no sign at the entrance to direct you to where to stop to leave your car and with some parking spaces directly in front it is a little confusing. The car park surface is rather uneven. When leaving keys I was not informed that on my return all I had to do was get into my car and leave. if a fellow air passenger had not told me I would have gone into the office 1st. As this was my 1st time using this service i will know better next time, but for 1st time users in the future this would help them.

As ever it was exactly as needed. There is less walking than parking in priority. Get on a bus beside where you leave your car and get off it immediately outside terminal. Don't even have to lift bag in or out of bus. No road to cross either... To add to it the cost is ½ of next cheapest and â…“ of priority at least.
