Nice quiet place to chill out before a long flight . Staff at the front desk very polite, and helpful . And organised a cart to take us to the gate, as my wife had a bad leg. Well done all ðŸ‘

Excellent. Lounge facility, easy booking process. Food selection would have benefitted from a wider-range of "plain" options- most selections were either spiced or in sauce, but overall very satisfactory experience.

Probably the best airport lounge we have stayed in at any Heathrow terminal. All your arrangements were fine. So much better than T5 which offers no lounges for non exec travellers.

I think the details online about the terminal and the lounge really didn't represent both facilities very well, the terminal was excellent and the lounge was far better than I had expected. The food was really nice and well presented and so were the drinks on offer. I would definitely book again.

Very very expensive compared to ither premium lounges. Food not high quality with no real basics - eg no bacon fir breakfast and no toast.

I had a very relaxed start to my journey. It was a very long walk to the Gate and I wondered afterwards if it would have been possible to order a buggy as I am quite old. I did not think to ask for one but might another time if possible

Heathrow Terminal 2 Premium Plaza Lounge, was excellent, lots of seats, good choice of drinks & Food/Snacks.. Quite lounge with good Wifi.. Would definitely use again.
