The plaza lounge at Heathrow was a big rip off. After paying £70 for two of us we soon found out that drinks other then the few available were at an extra cost. A Brandy & Coke for example would have been an extra £10. What a joke and complete waste of money. Will strongly recommend people to avoid this poor example. Rude staff was the last insult.

When I got there,I had pre booked and paid for lounge, but the staff had no record of it, but I had my receipt with me,they asked me when I booked it and I told them well in advance of my trip, they then let me in
