The lounge was comfortable, and the facilities were good. There was plenty to eat and drink, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. My only criticism is the lounge could be better signposted.

Pleasant relaxing atmosphere. We had a 3 hour drive to the airport and a long flight ahead so it was good to have your own space. The food and drinks were fresh and readily available.

Everything went smoothly. Facilities were as described and staff were helpful. The lounge was very busy, as I imagined it would be, but some areas seemed to be closed off, but could have been used to make it more comfortable !

The whole experience was a waste of my time. I was not made aware that the lounge was not displayed at the entrance as the name I booked. I was walking around for a long while before I was directed to this place. I was sweating profusely and was met by 2 very rude members of staff. I then only had time for 1 drink and 2 very dry bacon rolls before I had to leave to catch my flight.

My husband thought the choice of hot meals was disappointing this time. He loved the cottage pie he had previously. Saying that the food we did have was lovely as was the choice of drinks on offer. Estrella on draft = good.

The food was not of a very high standard that we ordered. The staff who we came into contact with were friendly and the lounge was clean. The toilets should be checked more regularly as they were not the cleanest.

Staff helpful and nice food. We got there before it got busy so no problems getting nice seating. But for some people they had to just take what was left. But even then it was a good price not to be sitting in the public departures areas. Very much more calm and relaxed.

The lounge was a great way to start our holiday. There were 8 of us and we were given a room which was a lovely surprise. The staff were great and the room was comfy and cosey. The range of food was not as much as we would've expected and some food seemed to run out and wasn't replaced which was disappointing. The menu meals were lovely, a little small and you can only order 1 per person.

We booked the lounge to experience a comfortable relaxed start to our holiday, we arrived to find only hard chairs available, it looks like a section of the room has been closed off and other lounge areas were reserved. There were very few sockets that actually worked to charge your devices. Finally the food selection was very limited. We have been to the No 1 Lounge at Gatwick and it was far superior.

What is the point in having cancellation insurance that doesn't pay out if you have to cancel. BA cancelled our flights (industrial action) at midday on Friday (flying Saturday). Apparently the insurance doesn't pay out if you cancel within hours of the day of travel. I had no choice but to cancel and now I have to go through the grief of getting my money back from BA. What an appalling scenario, from both BA and yourselves. Will definitely not be using any holiday extra's services ever again. Disgraceful.
