Speedy security as part of the package was a key factor in booking but I hadn’t realised that was available to buy at Gatwick for only £6, so could have some this anyway. The premier lounge is quite expensive, nice to get some where to sit but it was hot and the food quite indifferent, I’ve definitely had better in other lounges.

Lounge outbound was fine. However, I tried to book a lounge for the return trip. No availability. I then received multiple emails telling me to complete the booking - each time I tried, no availability. Very frustrating.

The lounge was extremely busy tables not cleared we had to wait for a free table. Not good choices for main meal one was curry not ideal for longer flights. The lounge quietened down and staff were able to clear and restock. Please limit numbers after paying it is disappointing to have to wait for tables.

This particular lounge was overrated. Supposed to be premium but was far from it. No air con on the hottest day of the year, limited selection of food and no ice for drinks. I would however try a different lounge next time

We stayed at the lounge on 18 th June we loved it the staff was excellent, I don’t know the guys name behind desk , but think he was in charge , his welcome was great he made us feel welcome , we was relaxed just what you need I’ve stayed in quite a few lounges but this was the best by far we arrived at 4pm would deffo book this lounge above all others, premium lounge is best x

Very dirty, toilets broken, and filthy too. Air con not working so uncomfartably hot. Food ok, but not replenished.... Only one person drinks, so huge queues. To be honest, it was not the special experience sold yo us. Wish we hadnt bothered...

Absolutely shocking! First time of booking a lounge with my children and would would not do it again!! Out of a 3 hour time slot before our flight we only managed to spend 45 in the lounge after getting through check in and security. The lounge was boiling hot with no air-conditioning and was uncomfortable to sit in. The food was disgusting, nothing to cater for children, my children didn't eat. I attempt to give my daughter a bread roll so atleast she had eaten something but this was soggy and inedible. The food looked like it had been sat there for hours on end. I was the only one who attempted the pasta which was awful, my husband couldn't eat anything. Drinks served were warm!! What a waste of £133, was not worth it at all and would of got a better service and food going into the main airport restaurants and for alot less money!!

This booking was made as a surprise birthday present for my wife but I'm sorry to say didn't live up to expectations. Above all else the air conditioning was not working and being enclosed with no ventilation on the arguably the hottest weekend of the year is simply not acceptable. It was like sitting in a greenhouse and when she started feeling unwell we left early. Whilst the prosecco was chilled and appreciated the food choice was also limited and my wife had to clear dirty glasses and plates off our table. The speed at which table clearing was done left a lot to be desired. I feel I am justified in asking for a refund and would appreciate your response without delay.

So disappointed with how hot the lounge was . No air conditioning in the heat of summer was unbearable . The windows let the heat in like a green house . Such a shame as this was supposed to help my anxiety about flying and make me feel more comfortable however it done the exact opposite. I will Never book again .

Lounge was quite comfortable although lack of air conditioning made .it almost unbearably hot! It was actually preferential to leave the lounge early for cooler temperatures of the main airport! As we go further into the summer I would definitely not book this particular lounge again.

We got through security very quickly. Easy to find the lounge, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food alcohol and soft drink’s aplenty. Would highly recommend as a great start to our holiday.

Very disappointing visit to the lounge, poor selection of hot/cold food ,the lounge condition was dirty in need of a deep clean toilets were remote from the lounge and the standard of presentation was a perfect match to the lounge,all in all a waste of money,take customers for fools at you peril.

Booked the plaza premium lounge on the 13th June. We were bitterly disappointed in the experience we encountered. When we arrived we were informed that they were extremely short staffed, there was a manager as front of house and one member off staff serving drinks behind the bar. Firstly there were not any seats available for us to sit, we then queued for 15 minutes to get a drink. The food in the lounge was severely inadequate with a choice of only scrambled egg, bacon and sausages. The food available was cold, salty and the bread rolls were so stale we could not eat them. Overall, we will not be returning to this lounge or recommending it to any others for the future. The start of our holiday began with stress and discontent which is not the experience we expected.

The tables were all dirty and the very few staff on duty were rushed off their feet. The toilets were out off order. We had to take the lift back down and use other facilities. Not up to the usual standered, very disapointed. Have a booking in September in the same lounge. Just hope things improve.

I have already sent an email requesting a refund. The food was awful, there wasn't much of a choice 3 dishes and they were Chinese. Wine too was awful. So we ate the crisps I had in my bag. Please can you send me my refund.

Friendly warm welcome. Breakfast was lovely Inc the coffee. Nice atmosphere. Noticed kitchen staff regularly checking hot breakfast to make sure there was enough. Over all good experience. Easy to arrange through the app.

The lounge was not good a great experience for me & my partner, it was a waste of money, the buffet breakfast was cold, not much of a vatiety, when I approached an employee for fresh food I was told I had to eat what was there, I asked for toast and waited 20mins for it. The toilets were absolutely disgusting, the ladies & mens, we reported this and was told they would get them cleaned this never happened, we had to ask for our tile to be cleared and wiped, I would not re commend or use a lounge again when travelling.

The lounge was too hot and apparently the air con couldn’t be adjusted as was centrally controlled by Gatwick. There was only one member of staff on the bar which resulted in long queues for drinks which isn’t ideal as you are on a tight time scale. The food choices were ok nothing really really stood out for me

Have used this lounge before and always had a good experience. On this occasion we were early arrivals (when the lounge opened) staff very good and friendly but lounge became untidy due to tables not being cleared of used cups, plates and glasses. Probably due to minimum staff on duty at that time of day, otherwise a good experience.

I somehow got a lounge booking at Gatwick although we flew from East Midlands, we booked fast track and car park , which both worked, I have been informed that we are unlikely to get a refund. Maybe I will.book on direct with the airport next time, if this is the level of customer service I get

The breakfast was mediocre. There wasn't a toaster & bread available. You had to request toast from the one member of staff behind the bar, who was trying to please everyone. The coffee in the machine was just drinkable. No bottles of water available as the shops don't like it. It was quiet and better than the main waiting area in the terminal. They didn't have any brown sauce, only ketchup. I don't think it was worth £25.20

We booked a lounge for our honeymoon, it said I like it was closed. After contacting holiday extras multiple times, we were told it would be open when we travel. Then we randomly received a cancellation email and voucher. We had to book another lounge which was disappointing in itself and have money left on a voucher we will not use again. Bad customer service and started our honeymoon badly which is such a shame!!

Staff were very nice, but the lounge was very dirty and there were more toilets out of operation, think this was so the staff do not have to clean as many. There was soup, which was so thin and tasteless and a rice dish with various stews/curries to go with them, yet again tasteless and a few sandwiches. I think people go just for the alcohol. Its not a good as other lounges I have been in.
