Premium security was a great experience it was smooth and super speedy. The lounge was comfortable and staff were welcoming and pleasant. Food and drink readily available, no queue. Great wifi and charging facilities.

On initial booking this lounge was chosen for the gluten free options, however there were not many available , the staff were helpfull however and made chips for us, although I have emailed in I have had no reply so overall not satisfied,

Toilets not working. Air con not working. Very hot although there was portable fans. Drinks not cold enough We paid extra for a superior lounge with a glass of Prosecco. Really looking forward to a lovely start to the holiday. Instead we experienced the worst lounge we have ever been in. Even the variety of food was poor. Ver disappointing overall and not worth the money.

The breakfast food was to be honest dreadful.No TOAST available for breakfast.The toilets were so bad I would not let my wife or children use them.Very very disappointing way to start a holiday

Great for Gatwick. Lovely experience. Nice set up. However the “voucher” system we should have had for the prosecco didn’t arrive/work. I regards to Cancun, well… On arrival we were asked for details as expected, I showed a photo of the booking reference as I had arranged it whilst still away. The assistant was not helpful, in fact she was the opposite and quite rude! She wanted the Dragon Pass document, I explained that I had this via email but had no internet connection. I asked for the code for this and she just pointed and was quite dismissive. Once I gave her the details she said we had 2 places booked and they were busy/full, yet the man to the left of us was taking new cash bookings for groups of 4. I pointed out that we had the booking for 5 (as stated on the paperwork) and had reservations for the allocated time slot, with outbound cover if required, and she said they were full! After some discussion, and our clear booking allocation she wanted us to have seats separately! We’re shown seats of a 2, 2 and 1 and she said the 24 month old should sit on the individual seat!!! I explained we had booked a party group and they were taking other walk-ins and seating them together but she would not accommodate us apart from these seating arrangements. Obviously, we had to have the 2 and 2 and seat the toddler on our laps. I asked that we be told when they could seat our party together as seats became available but she never came to do this. We had to wait to find seats ourselves!! Having used lounges in various countries, this was by far the worst for customer service and food choice as the hot options were cold or not fully cooked.

There was no air con in the lounge. There were no clean tables. Paid for the champagne offer but never got champagne as they had run out. No clean glasses and minimal food. Would not have gone in if we were informed at reception.

The Lounge was great, but the air conditioning was not able to cope with the heat & it was roasting inside the lounge; may be worth warning people about the heat problem. Still, we enjoyed our time in the lounge & it was well worth it when our flight was delayed.

I have written to you to complain about our experience at the airport lounge. Poor quality food and lack of it, question for over half an hour for 1 drink, and the air conditioning was broken so it was extremely hot and uncomfortable

Facilites were good. Staff were ok. Holiday extras app entrance time doesn’t match actual booking entrance time (which does show correctly on confirmation so must be an app issue) - this has happened both times I’ve booked this lounge with Holiday Extras. Luckily it didn’t cause an issue on these occasions. Not impressed that Prosecco incurred an extra charge in a premium lounge. I would book again but only for long haul flights where you can make use of the lounge for longer. We only had half our allotted time due to easyJet not accepting bags at bag drop until 2 and a half hours before the scheduled flight time. What with queues for bag drop that left less time in the lounge which was disappointing.

The lounge was extremely busy with people searching for seats. It was incredibly hot with only 2 small portable air con units to help with the stifling heat. The queue for the bar was long and took time - no drinks menus available (there was one that everyone was having to share) no clear indication of what drinks were included and what was chargeable. The food was luke warm at best, well, what was left of it! The cold food was stale! Overall an awful experience. It spoilt the start of mine and my son's holiday. It was that bad that we left the lounge and even though the airport was busy, we were able to find seats in a lovely coffee shop, with air con and plenty of space! A complete waste of money and would never use again - will be telling my family and friends the same!

After finding out in the 2hours before our flight, that had changed, (from one terminal to another ) we approached a lady at the lounge entrance and she kindly sorted out our predicament and got us in another lounge straight away. The lounge was busy but still very good.

Easy to find. Quick check in even though we were a party of ten. Food was good and good variety was able to take a few bits with us on plane. Comfortable lounge seat's and points to charge. Able to sit all togeather would use again

Booked Gatwick north lounge from 5am but lounge was closed as no staff poor service told would get refund but when I rand they knew nothing about it a d had to complete a form. Not heard anything.

Everything went well. The only problem was beyond your control in that the flight out was delayed for 2 hours. Therefore the lounge was of great assistance. All staff were very helpful.

I booked the Plaza Premium lounge at Gatwick which cost £103.79. On arrival at the lounge we were informed that they had to close early due to a shortage of staff and it was not open. They took all details and informed me that they would arrange a full refund through Holiday Extras. 16 days later I have seen no refund and have had no communication from Holiday Extras, despite me raising an email last week.

The fast track security was brilliant because it was so smooth and quick and having space in the lounge to sit quietly and have breakfast before our flight was a treat and we shall definitely do this again. But I was surprised by how shabby the lounge is.

Plenty of room in the lounge to sit and watch the planes. There was a good selection of hot and cold food but the only improvement could be more staff to refill the cans of drink in the fridge and restock the food quicker.

Everything went ok, but the constant emails offering your services even though you knew we were away and trying to relax were, frankly, annoying. My comment to others were that there's some decent deals on your website, but be prepared to put up with teh nonsense email contact.

Lounge itself was nice but food choice was pretty poor. Had to tell staff about dirty toilets with no toilet paper. Only one choice of wine, had to pay is you wanted sauvignon. Used No1 lounge prevoiusly and think its better than the premium lounge.

Food was ok, not so good if you are vegan. The lounge was overcrowded, no control of numbers coming and leaving. Tables took an age to be cleared. Expected it to be more comfortable. We were three adults and a child. Cost was £130. Not good value.

I’ve used business class lounges in the past so didn’t have much expectations of this lounge however I thought it was very nice. Clean, spacious and the level of the food and drinks were very good better than expected. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away from the uncomfortable seats at the airport.

The lounge experience was an absolute disappointment. It was not luxurious and did not seem new as described while the overall appearance was extremely messy as the floors were dirty, food mess was visible and the tables were not cleaned. The food was tasteless and not hot but warm, the sandwiches were just the same and it was only after I had complained that I was offered the kids option of chips which were the best thing on offer and actually tasted as they should. I will be making a formal complaint to request my money back as what I was sold and paid for was not what was described so I feel mislead and believe the concept of this lounge was missold. I took pictures to evidence my experience. I would like to be contacted in regard to my experience so we can move this matter forward appropriately. I look forward to hearing from you.

The parking was great - lovely staff, very efficient. The lounge was terrible (have requested refund) dirty and extremely poor quality and limited food (we went out of lounge to buy food). Would never contemplate using this lounge again.
