I had access to new area and found it very nice. They had no champagne which was part of my deal. Also in the line up of spirits they had no spiced or dark rum which is my tipple. Food was good and the staff very good and attentive.

A total disaster - I booked a champagne package and they had no champagne. I asked for a glass of Chardonnay but they had none so I asked for a gin and tonic and they had no lemon! The wi-fi didn't work, neither did the app for ordering food so I had to use a member of staff's phone to place an order. After a 30 min wait they fetched the main course but we hadn't had our starter. They took these away and came back with a pad and pencil to take our order again. We eventually got our starter - the soup was cold so we sent it back. The mains were okay but when it came to dessert they had run out of cheesecake!!!! We retired to the seating area and when I went to get a glass of water, the water dispenser was out of order. There were less than 12 people in the lounge and we had pre- booked so they knew the numbers so how could they not have ordered sufficient champagne? I feel cheated and I overpaid for poor service and inadequate food, drink and facilities. I will never use this lounge again and will never recommend it to anyone

Very nice and pleasant staff and a great view my only criticism is that was advertised With champagne but there wasn’t any other than that it was okay

We have made a complaint to you which has not been acknowledged. We are waiting on a refund. Waited in excess of an hour for food and had to leave before it was ready. Contacted the manager who asked us to apply fir a refund
