Very good facilities. Only downside was when ordering food this took so long to arrive we were on the point of having to leave for our flight. Also although given a table number staff were going round asking if the meal they had in their hands was ours so if someone had ordered the same thing it was possible they were served before us!

We have experienced other airport lounges and this one was far below the standard we had expected. The toilets were not clean and had a bad aroma. There was a poor choice of food. The view out of the window on the raised seating is of air conditioning units and not pleasant.we noticed flies freely moving around the buffy.

In previous service lounges there have been no extra charges for items of breakfast ey Bacon - Egg rolls. This was only highlighted when placing an order however it was stated in small text on the actual menu.

Change your surly staff, to friendly ones. Insure your drinks range was complete, brandy and rose wine where not available. The buffet choice was very poor,overall we will not be using your services again.we will go back to the aspire lounge.

It was a day and time when it was very busy Full bookings due to late departures. staff very good under pressing circumstances. Kitchen not able to cope with orders. we only just managed to obtain our meals before we had to rush off to get our flight.

Very clean. The gentleman behind the bar was very friendly but the rest of the staff needed to smile! The hot food we ordered wasn't really edible, mine certainly hadn't been cooked properly. It might just have been a bad day so would still book again - it was certainly more relaxing than being sat in the airport

Great way to start your holiday. Only issue we had was our food order got lost somehow. We waited about 40 minutes then had to rush to eat it and mine was more or less cold. I assume they left it out and forgot to give it to us.

All was pretty much as described, staff were very helpful. Booking procedures need to be reviewed, many people were turning up at reception with the belief that they could enter the lounge but were turned away due to the lounge being full.
