I arrived a little late and was worried that I had not printed out my booking. But the staff were very friendly and I merely had to give my name to verify my booking. The food was tasty and the buffet was well set out. I personally would have liked to be able to order a plain cheese and tomato sandwich but overall i enjoyed just being able to relax during my very lengthy layover.

Everything went eell. My one complaint wasnI had to wait 25 minutes to get my food order as the member of staff forgot to put it through to the kitchen! Otherwise the staff were very pleasant

The carpets and some of the chairs were dirty and heavily stained, the food was at best was mediocre and the coffe was disgusting. The staff were not helpful at all. I also think for money you pay1 very small bacon roll is a bit of a joke

Everything was brilliant, such a lovely lounge. Breakfast was lovely, also croissants etc were topped up through out the morning. Staff were all pleasant and helpful.

we have used the no 1 lounge gatwick regularly and since its refurbishment to cater for more customers we feel it has lost the personal touch. seating is no longer readily available at all times ,sundries ran out rapidly ie no clean cups and cutlery and service was much slower with the "hot " food barely warm. we would use the facility again but prefer the excellent value it used to provide . at heathrow we have decided against this in 3 weeks time as we had the same experince in february there.

we had to queue to get into into the lounge, even though we had the paperwork we printed, we had to wait for details to be checked on a computer. The lounge was very busy and after we had eaten, we found it difficult to find somewhere comfortable to sit

I ordered a fish finger sandwich, not very appetizing to look at. Needed some garnish. Food was quite slow, and very small portions.. my partner ordered the cheese board. Tiny portion... Nice cheese but hardly any of it... The lounge was veryrelXibg and comfortable, will definitely book again
