Reduce the level of background music in the main lounge - I did not realise at first that there was a quieter are set aside from the main area.

Poor selection - dry egg/bacon rolls, croissants. The only thing I could eat as a coeliac was fruit. The escapes lounge at Stansted is much better and quite honestly better value for money.

Was self service in effect. Toilets needed checked more often but no staff about to restock them or indeed put out bowls for cereals. Disappointing will not use it next time we travel in Feb

All staff were very friendly and helpful, from check-in to leaving for the Departure Gate. Food and drink was of good quality and plentiful - especially the bacon rolls and orange juice. Facilities for washing and shaving are good but changing facilities could be improved. I took my own towel but there was no information on hire/sale of towels. A nice, comfortable area for sitting or relaxing before a flight with electrical sockets for using a laptop or charging electronic gadgets. No complaints about this Lounge and I will definitely visit there before my next flight out of Gatwick.

Service was awful. Ordered breakfast (bacon roll) at 04:15 and it arrived at 05:10 - 5 minutes before I had to leave the lounge. Staff were not ready for customers and there were not enough staff serving to cope with the demand. All in all a stressful experience. Unfortunately No.1 is the only lounge that opens early so I don't have any other choice or definately wouldn't use it again. Much prefer the Aspire lounges - they're cheaper too.

The lounge was promoted as a relaxing area where you could enjoy a glass of processo amongst other things, the area was packed and we had difficulty finding somewhere to sit, were told there was no processo, the food was basic , a fishfinger roll was just that ! No side salad or french fries to make it look nice, just a white roll on a plate.

When we arrived it was extremely busy and there was no one to greet us and explain where everything was. Initially we had to sit in the library. However, the service was excellent and, when our flight was delayed we were able to have a comfortable place to wait. The food and drinks were plentiful and of excellent standard. We will definitely use the airport lounge again.

didn't realise only one hot dish was availiable per person until we went to bar to order,and had to hand menu over,everyone in the lounge was chasing about getting their menus off their partners after waiting in line you had to queue again.very frustrating,

Lovely lounge away from the crowds with comfy seating, we managed to get Chairs in the tv area which was great for my husband and son. The food was very nice - could have done with a few more vegan choices tho. Wood do it again

Needed more than one bar person serving, at times it was chaos. Then when there were two it wasn’t much better. The bar staff could not cope & were rude & unhelpful. The man table clearer was much better.

Greeting staff were not that interested I wasn't sure where I had to go or which entrance as I hadn't been before. Found somewhere nice to sit - bar staff were friendly but only one serving but guess that was so you don't have to dispense many drinks Meal choice was fine but one choice not available Clearing staff efficient There should be someone directing/ assisting for water, tea, coffee machine

Could not get our meal choice as they had run out at 5.30 we had to stand in along line to order sub standard meal I do not regard one small bacon roll as a meal choice I felt I could have got that sort of service on the main concourse for the same price it was said we we would have a choice of craft beers none seemed avaliable seemed under staffed tables clustered and in need of cleaning ect ect
