Not quite a ritzy showbiz party, but a great bar nonetheless
The Bar sits just to the side of the restaurant, making it easy to get a drink before your table is ready. There is a large selection of tables to suit any size group. The lights are low and the decoration soft to create a mellow and chilled-out atmosphere. As for the actual drinks, there's a good selection of beers and the wine list offered a lot of options. There is also an array of spirits and soft drinks to choose from. The prices are reasonable too, making sure you can fully enjoy your holiday celebration drinks without having to delve into your spending money. Feel free to take your drinks outside onto the patio next to the restaurant for a more al fresco drinking experience.
The Premier Inn has an on-site Costa Coffee, which has all the products of a stand-alone branch. It's right next to the check-in desk, and after a long commute to the airport, it's nice to settle down in the big, comfy armchairs with a proper cup of coffee. Costa serve both hot and cold food too, so if you don't fancy a pub-style lunch from the bar, you can have a panini or cake instead.
For anyone with their own device, there's free wifi in the downstairs public areas of the Premier Inn. if you want internet in your room, you'll get 30 minutes free, but it's £4 for 24 hours. Those without a laptop or tablet etc, can use the computers in Costa Coffee. IT's £1 for 20 minutes or £4 for 24 hours. Just ask at reception for details.
