Hotel was ok, as expected. Food however was poor due to being takeaway style I.e. in boxes. Covid -19 obviously impacting on the quality and service

We booked a hotel parking package and one of the reasons behind it was a proper breakfast at the hotel as HE advertised a 5am breakfast, it started too late at 6.30am

Booked hotel with long stay car park. 3 days later was told that the long stay car park was closed and they made arrangements for me to park at the short stay blue parking. This was very inconvenient for because when I came there ot was am walk to the terminal I have a disability in my left leg and difficult to walk with added burden of drawing my luggage and it was raining with part of the walk no shelter. Caused me a great deal of distress going and on return. If you know the long stay is closed dont advertise it.

I was moved from LS Stansted to economy blue and the car park ANPR didn't work - I spoke to the attendant who said I would have to sort it out when I got back - I emailed HE while I was abroad and they assured me they had contacted Stansted and sorted it and I would have a smooth exit on my return. Sure enough that was what happened so I was very impressed

Everything was great with the parking. However disappointed with the the premier inn as their restaurant was not open which as you can imagine doesn’t make life easy in the middle of a large airport to find some where to eat . We ended up driving to a village pub for food which is probably the last thing you want to do after a five hour drive . Perhaps would of been useful to state that at the time of booking ?

I’d booked the wrong night for the hotel by accident. Only realised when we arrived to park at hotel. After several phone calls the Holiday extra op very kindly arranged a change of day at the hotel & I paid for an extra day parking. Apart from that all was great.

Excellent in all regards, special mention to the bus service in the long stay car park who were extremely helpful when we left a backpack on the bus and returned it to us very quickly. Very impressed with service.

We have stayed here twice and would do so again. The hotel is spotless, the staff are helpful and friendly. Both times we have eaten in the restaurant. The airport car park is very close to the hotel so is very convenient. Would recommend meet and greet.

The hotel was a little tired but was clean and had everything as expected. The shuttle bus was late and the5.45 was crammed to capacity. We were glad we had dropped off our suitcases the evening before.

Premier Inn is so reliable, although the man on check in was quite unfriendly which is unusual. Quiet hotel, close to Midstay, frequent buses on departure and arrival Took the stress out of the early flight.

The Premier Inn was fine. The postcode for the Meet & Greet parking was incorrect so my SatNav sent us all over the airport. I eventually ended up at the front of the airport and had to pay £4 for the privilege of getting out again without even stopping. We spent 40 minutes driving around and were concerned that we would miss our flight. Not happy!

When I checked the parking details the night before I was booked in from 6pm not 6am. Probably this was my mistake, however it was impossible to contact anyone to change the booking, by phone or online. I had to take a ticket to get in as I was short of time on the morning and was fortunately able to get help at the barrier on exit. otherwise I would have been charged an extra £100 when leaving. This was a worry throughout my holiday.

Stayed at the Premier Inn Stansted with parking at the Mid Stay car park in December. Hotel and restaurant were the usual good standard Premier Inn and parking worked out perfectly, the bus arrived at the car park in a timely manner both to and from the airport.

It appears to me that Premier Inn only give the disabled rooms to Holiday Extra customers, initially the original room had a problem as the TV was damaged and didn’t work, the screen was badly damaged, I spoke to the Receptionist who after alot of consideration gave me a different room again another disabled room with a wet room! The tiles were disgusting, the toilet didn’t work properly! It has put me off from booking with Holiday Extra again as I think you are sown the bottom of the list for rooms!
