We booked the Hilton at Hamptons at Stansted airport. The room was nice and spacious, and the buffet breakfast was included. We also had parking and after leaving work, navigating the Dartford tunnel and relying on the satnav to get us to the hotel we were delighted with the deal that we had. We also had our evening meal at the hotel and thought it would be expensive, but was very reasonable. Would certainly stay here with parking again.

Everything went smoothly. The hotel was expecting us and handing the car over was very easy with no waiting. Breakfast in the morning was quick and convenient. The only downside was the bed was like sleeping on a board and was seriously uncomfortable. On return back to the UK we phoned through once we had collected our luggage and when we arrived at the hotel our car was ready and waiting. I will use you again

The hotel is a not actually in the terminal but within walking distance mostly under a covered walkway but partly open to the weather. Nice hotel but as expected you do pay a premium for eating and drinking. Parking in the mid-term car-park worked well.

Pleasant staff, easy check in to both car and hotel desks. Car waiting for us on return. Hotel very comfortable, food tasty and everything was a nice smooth start to our holiday and on return, even though our flight was delayed.

Parking and hotel were as described and easy to find. Only problem was the restaurant, it was a bit too noisy for our taste and the service could have been better. It’s just a very short walk to the check in desks.

not as good as the Raddison and certainly not two minutes from the terminal 5 plus, but being slightly cheaper okay and parking arrangements easier at both delivery and collection. Room quiet and spotless

We usually stay at the other hotel within walking distance to the terminal but thought we'd give the Hampton a try and were not disappointed. We were allocated a huge room overlooking the runway - very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, had all that we needed and we spent a good restful night. Dinner in the restaurant was just okay, a little noisy and chaotic but we survived! Breakfast was better, lots of choice and good food. We will likely stay here again.

The hotel was super clean and smart and our room was huge with a massive bathroom - all much nicer and smarter than I had anticipated - and a magnificent breakfast was offered. Unfortunately our flight was super early and we flew out so didn't have time to take advantage. I'd anticipated a few croissants at best, if anything, but there was an extensive hot buffet as well as juice, bagels, toast, yogurts, cereals etc etc.

So convenient - turned up and parked at hotel. Checked in with maple manor, the parking people in the hotel foyer and gave them the keys. Phoned them once we had collected bags on return and car was already waiting for us back at the hotel. Hotel is new and modern- we had a lovely big family room, plenty of room for all 4 of us and cases. Kids had to share a sofa bed, would have preferred 2 separate camp beds but that’s my only criticism, had a meal in the hotel which was nice and arrived very quickly. We were onl expecting a continental breakfast at 4-30am but there was a full hot buffet as well. The walk to the airport was only 5 mins. Brilliant smooth experience with no complaints. Great start and finish to holiday.

Parking aspect was fine, the room was totally inadequate for a family. Too small, and sofa bed was made up and not very comfy. We were told breakfast would be ready around 4am, but when we got there nothing was ready, so couldn’t wait around as our flight left at 6am. But the car parking experience was very good, Shame the rest fell down

yes staff were helpful and good at hotel and stay was good great that breakfast started so early and short walk to airport was better than traveling from home early and finding car park and getting to airport at early hour. car parking service was efficient and no problem.

The parking was so easy and the hotel was nice. The only let down was the lift to the airport terminal was not working and my husband, who requires a wheelchair, had to be taken in the service entrance to the terminal - it stank and was dirty - not good enough.

We have used your service many times and were due to book again for October this year, but although the hotel and location were great it all went wrong on our return. The lift from the terminal to the walk way was out of order, so we had to come down the stairs with our cases ( I appreciate this was out of your control ), but when we got our car back from the people you use it was absolutely filthy. The windows were so dirty we had to wipe them before we could drive away. We look around for a member of the team but they were no where to be found, so we just left for our 3 hour journey home. Not what you want when you will not get home till 2.30/3 am. On Monday we checked the car and it was covered in a sand like substance, we had to take it to be cleaned as we did not want it to damage the paintwork. I have reported this to yourselves but gave not had a response.

The car parking was first class our car was collected and returned although very dirty but put that down to weather without delay The hotel over night we had a small issue as in I have a feather allergy and the pillows were feather and down in be knowing to me so after about an hour in bed I was having issues breathing until I realised it was the pillow The hotel did not seem interested and could not offer an alternative either But we will certainly use your services again thank you

All went very smoothly, arrived at hotel ok, checked in at about 2.15 but parking people do not have a presence until 3.00 ( not a problem) so we lunched then handed the car over. Coming back we got to the hotel at about 3.00 and car was waiting for us. All people we dealt with were friendly, professional and extremely efficient which made it all easy and stress free, thanks.

Should be told the car isn’t being left at the hotel and being moved to another car park. We have a toddler and needed to put things in the car on the morning prior to going on holiday and was told this was not possible

Lovely hotel, very easy to just walk into the airport and lovely breakfast. Only problem was we booked a room with twin beds and there was a double bed in the room. When we asked to change they said we couldn’t as the hotel was fully booked.

Very convenient location. Couldn't fault the hotel. Rooms clean and spacious. Lots of choice for breakfast - hot and continental. Booked airport parking too, which was very well managed and efficient. Would certainly book both again.

Hotel did have some issus issues serving food due to lack of staff which the waitress told us when we enquired about our food after waiting 45 mins for our mains. Other than that hotel was fine however i would think twice before eating there again.

The hotel was fine and all as detailed, however my car was returned in a very poor state after just 5 days away. I realise that the car was probably parked off site and we may have had some rain but the car was covered in bird mess and in an extremely dirty state. I was just given the keys with no apology or reason for the extreme mess.!!!!

Helpful staff ensured we were booked into the airport hotel and car parking formalities completed quickly and efficiently. The hotel was excellent, ideal for our overnight stay & early morning checkout. No problems were encountered on our return to collect the car, despite our being delayed by around 6 hours due to airline and baggage handling issues.

Hotel was lovely, clean and next door to airport. Parking was easy went to reception and rep was waiting for car keys. Flight was early but hotel do breakfast from 4am so had plenty to eat of high standard before flight.
