An excellent start to our holiday. Had an early flight so the staying at Stansted the night prior and taking advantage of the 10 days carparking was a stress free start. Would definately do again.

Very easy transfer to airport. Hotel very comfortable although evening meal quite pricey. Didn't bother with breakfast as we had early get away.

Service and booking excellent the only problem we had was finding the Hilton Hotel, it took us an hour and a half up and down the Mll looking for the small sign that said Hilton Hotel

All at the hotel were very helpful,only hiccup was the hotel transfer to the airport the driver forgot his carpark access/egress card and that delayed us also dropped off in the terminal carpark not at the terminal

Excellent service at a great price. Stayed at Hilton Stansted the night before the flight and left the car in the hotel 16 days during the holiday. Staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend it.

The hotel we used the night before our flight from standsted including parking were arranged through holiday extras. Everything was ready on our arrival with a very friendly girl at reception. Would be very happy to use these services again and the hotel.

The Hilton Stansted was a great hotel with friendly staff and a great pool. Good clean room, parking was easy and quick too.Hotel is very close to the airport, with a regular, affordable shuttle bus, so ensuring we started our holiday very relaxed. Another succesful booking with HolidayExtras.

Superb, all went well, a great start to our holiday and lovely that hte car stayed at the hotel and not moved elsewhere - staff at the Stansted Hilton wonderful.

It would be advisable for the Hotel reception to advise guests that to avoid delay in getting on the bus to the airport they should purchase tickets at reception

nothing to improve, booked a unnamed 4* hotel and was pleased with the booking process. Disappointed that when I tried to book the unnamed option again for later in the year, cannot find a link to it! - Must have been aone off special or something!

Good hotel, great deal for parking, they need to explain you have to return to reception with parking ticket to validate the same to exit hotel parking! Expensive bar and food in hotel but otherwise excellent value.

Hotel and parking were very good, the only niggle was that the transfer from the hotel to the airport did not run to the advertised schedule, so we had to spend additional money on taxis.
