everything was as described, the staff were very helpful and accomidating very pleased with the service apart from not knowing what hotel we would be staying at until we had booked,transfers were great, check out & car pick up simple & quick would book again.

Everything was fine Have booked a few times into a hotel the night before - it's so much easier just to jump on the bus in the morning and no probelms with traffic or delays - A nice relaxing time no worries about being late etc...staff are always helpful and room is clean and comfortable enjoyed the break looking forward to the next time.

Staff were very helpful. Hotel suited our requirements. Transfer was smooth and well organised. We found the restaurant/bar in the hotel rather dominated by the large screen - our only reservation.
