Excellent hotel and efficient staff. Even went to the trouble of calling a local taxi company for us when the wait for taxis on our return was over an hour. Grea breakfast and good night's sleep.

We chose to stay for the night prior to our flight to Pescara in order to be refreshed at the start of a busy day. The staff were very polite and informative.Breakfast on the day of our departure was more than good value. The tall chef was cheerful and amusing.All in all we found our stay excellent value as we had booked parking as part of the deal.

Everything went smoothly, hotel was easy to find, comfortable beds, helpful staff & an easy bus ride to the Airport. First time travelling alone so I was pleased with how it all went & would certainly recommend using the Services.

Had to change from top floor room to ground floor as air con on roof was deafening and vibrated through the walls. Could still hear it on ground floor but did manage to sleep. Strangely you can soundproof against the planes but not air conditioning

Air Con was not working in our room which made it rather stuffy (as the stuffyness woke us up). Complained in the morning and got money off our meal we had in the restaurant the night of our stay. Otherwise it was fine.

easy booking process, parking very convenient, shuttle every 15mins although it's £3 per person each way, would expect it to be included in the price of the hotel. The room was also a let down, very dated and the bed was about as uncomfortable as they come. Would expect more from the Hilton brand.
