If you think that's a lot of choice for lunch, wait till you see what's on the dinner menu! Borders Brasserie is open from 6pm until 10pm. You can start your meal with home-made soup, grilled flat mushrooms, sautéed chicken livers, tempura of salmon or brie and rosemary tart. Or for something more substantial, there are burgers, steaks and lamb chops off the grill, salmon fillet, fisherman's pie with a potato crust, fish and chips, slow-cooked pork belly, teriyaki salmon, lamb rogan josh and vegetable korma. Finish your meal with a delicious dessert - or you could just have one on its own! There are Belgian waffles, crème brûlée, warm chocolate fudge cake and a selection of ice creams.
Tuck in kids!
The kids' menu is impressively extensive - with options ranging from homemade fish goujons and grilled chicken burger to cheese and ham toastie and homemade soup of the day. It's pretty tempting for adults, let alone children. And parents will love the tasty deal: a two-course meal is free for every child under 12 who dines with an adult.
