Enjoy knowing your car's safe
If you need somewhere to park your car while you're on holiday, we've two packages at Mercure London Heathrow which include parking for up to 15 days. You can leave your car either in the hotel car park or the Long Stay car park at terminals 1 and 3.
Leaving your car in the hotel car park is the more convenient option: you just catch the Heathrow Hoppa to the terminal in the morning, and back to the hotel again at the end of your holiday to pick your car up. Part of the car park is under cover - so if you get a space here your car will be out of the rain - and the car park is protected by barriers, CCTV and hourly patrols by members of staff.
Mercure with parking at Long Stay 2 and 3 room-only procedures
Park at the hotel car park overnight, which is included in the price. On the morning of your flight, drive to Long Stay where you'll leave your car. Transfers to terminals 2 and 3 are supplied by the car park, however if you need to get to terminals 4 or 5, you'll need to use the Heathrow Express. It runs from 05:10 Monday to Saturday and from 06:25 on Sundays.

Combine with Heathrow Long Stay parking
Long Stay is one of the airport's own car parks, so it's within the airport grounds. There are Long Stay car parks with free 24-hour shuttle buses for terminals 1 and 3, 4 and 5. The shuttle buses can take between seven and 15 minutes, running every 10 to 12 minutes. Like the hotel's own car park, the Long Stay car parks are very well secured: there are frequent patrols, CCTV, entry and exit barriers and a fence.
In both cases, and indeed even if your package doesn't include parking while you're on holiday, parking at the hotel for the night you stay there costs £7, rising to £10 in April 2013.
