The undercover hotel we booked was excellent - our car was safely looked after and we had the benefit of a wonderfully relaxing evening before our flight so we arrived at our destination already in holiday mode - thank you so much for a wonderful service.

We used an undercover hotel and parking that advertised the parking was at the hotel and that we would be able to keep our car keys. The hotel turned out to be the Holiday Inn who wanted to keep the keys and move the car.

These comments are not really aimed at Holiday Extras as the booking, etcetera was without a hitch. However on our return to the Holiday Inn, the hotel had allowed a guest to park in the roadway used by the Hoppa buses.
