Excellent service. Have used Holiday Inn M4 J4 on two occassions and have encountered no problems at all. Would happily use both holiday extras and forementioned hotel again.

Thw whole process went like clockwork. The hotel was very high quality and the car parking worked like a dream - far more convenient and better value than the alternatives. I would though advise anyone travelling as a group of 4 or more to take a taxi to the airport rather than rely on the shuttle - more comfortable and cheaper! I will certainly be using the service again and recommending it to friends and family.

As usual, everything was great. Hotel was convenient, clean, welcoming, efficient and good value. We had a good meal there, slept well, then were efficiently taken to the airport the following morning. Will undoubtedly use the service again.

Booked the surprise hotel - very close to Heathrow but very old, tired hotel room / facilities. Value for money on the rate offered but would never choose to stay at the Holiday Inn M4 J4 and certainly not at the rack rates!

Hotel was good. The only thing was that when I booked the hotel with parking I booked it because the website said my car would be parked at the hotel. On arrival I was informed that my car would be moved off-site to a different location.

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Accommodation more than adequate. Had hoped for a Chinese meal on night of arrival (Sunday) but had not realised restaurant was closed (our fault not yours). Had some difficulty in finding car on return.

Did an 'undercover hotel' for this trip, wanted the Holiday Inn at Heathrow and lucky for me that's the hotel I got. Brilliant hotel- very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to park and easy transfer to the airport. Will use holiday extras again .

Booked this hotel and parking for night before flight on "undisclosed hotel" basis. It was actually one we would have chosen anyway, no problems with check in at reception, room, car parking arrangements, bar or breakfast the following morning.
