Booked undercover 4* hotel at Heathrow and parking. Fantastic result at a bargain price-£79 for a family room and 15 days parking. You'd be a fool not to.

Great service from the booking which we could not do on line as we wished to stay at a hotel at th end of our holiday not the beginning to the end. Crown Plaza was a really nice hotel with WONDERFUL breakfasts. Many thanks Isabel Bannister

Couldn't have been simpler. The email of confirmation came as soon as we had booked on the website. The hotel accepted us with great efficiency and people standing amongst us must have paid far more than the £79 we paid, and that included the 15 day car parking. We were on a cruise to the Canadian Rockies and Alaska and we promoted you to many people who will be using you in the future

The room was lovely. Shame that the food in the bar and the service did not match up!! I should have had garlic bread to accompany my meal but this was not served. The staff did not seem very bothered when we asked about this A minimal deduction was offered off the bill. The food was certainly not up to the standard expected of this hotel.

It was great to stay overnight prior to a long haul flight rather than rise early morning to drive to the airport. The cost of the overnight stay with 15 days car parking is excellent value. The cost compares favourably to other airport carparks and I was very refreshed for my long haul flight.

We were very pleasantly suprised at the level of service and accomodation we received. Staff were really helpful, the room was superb. The experience could not be faulted. Holiday Extras was excellent and we would definitely recommend them. They were cheaper than any other site, so easy to use and so convenient. The hotel + parking we booked were perfect - even though we went for an "undisclosed" hotel. We will certainly use them again!!

The hotel was fabulous - and nice and quiet considering how close to Heathrow. Staff great and parking easy - Coach shuttle times were different than published so had to get a cab - but not realy a problem - well done - another success with holiday extras - Thankyou
