This is our 3rd stay here due to it being a great location for Gatwick airport. Easy check-in / out. Good room with comfortable bed and fully equipped bathroom. Lovely Indian food in restaurant!Punctual and efficient shuttle to / from airport (nominal extra charge).

We have stayed here numerous times and have never had any issues before, this time we rang for return transport at 6am and when we tried to collect our car they couldn't find our car keys for a while. Not good considering they knew we were on our way back to the hotel.

At first the room key would not work. Then I found that the room was already occupied. I had booked breakfast but the staff did not understand at all about my gluten free requirements. Since December 2014 hotels are required to have a list of allergy containing dishes. I was simply told they did not do GF meals!!!! Not a good start to my holiday

Yes exactly. Only problem is nowhere to sit comfortably in the bar/restaurant area and no ambience at all in the restaurant. Food was great though!

Good directions, polite staff,evening meal good if you like Indian cuisine other alternative menu boring comfortable beds and rooms clean.Transfer to airport and return with car parking excellent.

A little difficult to find the hotel - it was further along the A23 than stated in the directions. Another landmark i.e. the Shell petrol station, would have helped. Hotel was fine, staff very helpful.

We booked 1 night stay to include dinner. All I can say is don't bother..when we went down to dinner we were told we could only have a select few things of a different menu which all items were far less than what we had paid for and the hotel does offer an Indian menu but you have to pay extra for that (even though the prices are less than what we had paid) The taxi service needs some looking at. When we arrived back at Gatwick after our holiday I phoned the hotel to be told one would be with you soon. We waited at the bus stop for 30 minutes for the driver to say another group had phoned before us so we would have to wait...1 hour later! And this costs £6.

Good hotel, about 10 minutes from airport. Transers went well both ways.slightly disappointed that we pre booked our breakfast at a promotional rate, then when we got there we could have purchased it cheaper at hotels promo rate.

No parking bays drawn so it's a fight to find a space. General appearance is shoddy and unmaintained. Staff ignorant at the check in desk. No one to check out with at 6am.

hotel was o.k. and clean as you would expect, but the service, and the food was appalling, it took a waiter 15mins to tell us that somethings we had order were not available, then as my freind was a vegetarian the only thing available was a piza, upon arrival it was like a piece of cardboard.

The Room lovely but the hospitality in the restaurant was particularly poor. We had to send back our food on the account that is was still bloody on the plate, and when I got the food back it was still the same. Such a shame that you pay for something before you go away on holiday and it falls below expectations of normal service. I don't think I will be recommending you to any friends or family

The food was very poor quality. The restaurant added a service charge which was not on the menu. I refused to pay it. On collection of the car ir had been covered in mud on one side indicating that it had been driven at speed through puddles.

The directions were good; the hotel clean and modern and the system efficient. We left very early and took a taxi that was booked by the hotel on check in, and used the shuttle on return. My only criticism is we waited longer than the time we were given for the shuttle to arrive and on a -literally-freezing Jan evening with an elderly relative who then struggled to climb into the bus (which incidentally was completely unmarked so we weren't sure it was for us),without much help from the driver, this marred the experience. However if were to do it again with an infirm passenger we would get a taxi both ways. The cost is the same eventually (one way:£6-7 for taxi, £3 per person for shuttle). Otherwise no problems and reception staff very helpful.

NO... I've stayed here once before but did not use the bar or restaurant.. This time we used the bat and restaurant, the device was very slow we had to keep asking where our food was, and we waited an hour and half for it to come out and when I bit into my burger it was cold and raw they replaced it with fish but by this point I didn't want anything and they didn't charge me for my meal...... When returning to collect my car it had a chip ( size of a 10p) on the front bumper.. I was not happy...
