Everything went very smoothly, the room was clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. We had an evening meal and breakfast and the food was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again

All went very smoothly. Had a longish wait in the restaurant before we were served. Also were not advised to book our transfer when we booked the hotel. Spaces are limited.

Majority of the staff were friendly and helpful however 1 person who was working in the restaurant was extremely rude and short tempered with several customers including my friend whom he almost shouted at telling her to sit down as she accidently knocked his arm as he rushed passed her serving the next table to us. Our meals were almost thrown at us.We were not the only customers he was rude to .a party of 5 women who walked out refusing to stay and order meals .I appreciate he was busy and seemingly working alone but unfortunately I would not use that hotel again because of his rudeness towards my friend and myself.Shame because the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only other thing was the lift did not work in the morning so we had to carry our suitcases downstairs.I work with the public and I know some can be difficult but I have never been rude and certainly never raised my voice to any of my clients.

We were left waiting at front desk on check in for a good few mins (the fact we were on the way to catch our flight we were already irritable and wanted to just get there) and we had asked to be taken to the airport so paid and was asked to sit and the driver would be with us soon. 10mins passed and a chap looked and walked straight passed us and got in his car (we were now running on time) turns out that was the driver, who thought he had to pick someone up not take.... Better communication perhaps? We were now very stressed as if we had been checked in in 5mins from entry and taken with in the 10mins quoted we would of been at the check in desk a good 50mins before it closed... Instead we were left with 6mins!!!! All because of communication. The room however, on return, was faultless bed was amazing and sheets so soft. Could of done with a back up person at check in as there was around 10people from one group checking in at the same time but that's just life. Over all I would use you again happily.

Love the hotel and the food but to be greeted by the surliest man possible when you return from travelling all day is not the best return to this country. He couldn't even be bothered to tell me where my car was until I'd asked him twice!

Hotel was fine - comfortable, quiet room. Restaurant busy with short wait for service, food good. Hotel shuttle to airport comfortable. Return journey meant telephoning supplied numbers to request pickup. Making the call got "number not recognised" so had to take taxi. Lobby contained several others with same experience asking why the could not obtain the taxi fare or the pre-paid mini-bus fare. I had to travel back to Devon so not pleased by delay! There were two others desperate to watch a just-starting football match complaining their TVs not workin and a third with a non-working room key. To cap it all, when I did get the key to my car, the cars either side were so close it was impossible to get in.

Very pleased with everything. We booked the meal as an extra and it was very good.. Taxi arranged for early morning no problem. We phoned for the bus on arrival back at Gatwick but it had broken down. However no problem as hotel receptionist arranged a taxi which was with us within minutes. Collection of car no problem. Certainly stay there again and use Holiday Extras.

Free overnight parking which is a bonus.Nice clean room with very comfortable beds. There is a bar with English fare food and also an Indian , both we're very good didn't need to travel out to eat. Staff were helpful and friendly . Great value for money.

Best western recommended a taxi coy who when we phoned them told us we had to make our way out of airport to car park at Premier Inn which was a nightmare trying to cross busy roads to get there. We never did find that taxi coy. When we arrived back at Best Western and mentioned this to them they said they were having problems with the taxi coy they had recommended, so why did they recommend that coy in first place. This spoiled our otherwise good holiday.

Everything was fine until we arrived back at Gatwick . As per the instructions I was given I rang the hotel to arrange transport back and went to bust stop 8 at the North terminal . It was very late when we got back (2am) and the person who answered the phone was not totally with it (I do sympathise , I work nights too) I explained our situation and asked him to send a car for us , he sort of grunted a reply and I hung up . After waiting 20 mins I rang again . I was told that "our transport does not operate after 12" and after refusing to ring us a taxi he did provide me with a taxi number which I rang and got back to the hotel. It seems strange that you do not operate any transport after midnight when many flights get back then . Also you need to make sure that your night staff explain the situation clearly although it would be more helpful if the set-up was explained before we travelled . The hotel itself , the car parking and the transfer to the airport were all fine

Staff helpful. As we had a late flight back, the hotel minibus did not come at 11.30. We had to phone for a taxi but were not told where to meet it. Thus more delay. Very good hotel, clean, good breakfast, easy parking

The transfer back to the hotel was unsatisfactory. The vehicle wasn't big enough for the amount of people requiring it. We had to wai for 1hr20mins!

The hotel's appearance was a little odd but the room and bed was comfortable. Could hear train line so ear plugs needed. Bought the meal deal but it cost more than my one course would have been so Holiday Extras need to clarify better what £11.40 included. Deal with Purple Parking was good value though.

Everything went perfectly, our car was safe and sound on our return, as always. The gentleman who drives the shuttle bus is a lovely man, always there with an offer of assistance and a smile, even when you've just stepped off a long flight and don't feel like smiling you can't help but smile back. We would definitely use this hotel and parking again.

The one glitch that I had was that when I went to my car prior to getting to the airport I discovered I had a puncture which I reported to reception with a request they did not move my car and on my return from my holiday I discovered they had, the had driven my car with a flat tyre.
