The hotel was nice & location was good but the room wasn't big enough for 2 adults & 2 children. There was a double bed & a sofa bed which was suitable for 2 children. We had made reception aware that the room wasn't suitable when we arrived but there were no other rooms available.

My car was inaccessible when I came home, it had been fenced around and was now on a construction site, there were no notices warning of this. I have no faults with the hotel or staff but this was a stressful end to my holiday

Whole experience faultless until my return where I received a £100 parking charge. Hotel have said they will sort it out, so in the interim period of if I hear any more about it.

beds very comfortable. Room good size. Shower good. Breakfast good. Only reason not a 10 as receptionist did not say we had to order the bus to airport between 1-5am, and had to pay for it.

All went well. Staff were helpful and pleased with the room. I have stayed before as it's location is very convenient. One small thing though, we arrived once it was dark and parking the car in that very dark area was difficult - you couldn't see where you were going and as the ground is uneven the potential to trip is great.

Holiday Inn Express at Edinburgh Airport were excellent. They provided a 4 bedded room as a family room for my daughter and family rather than a double with a sofa bed. The parking is very convenient with a bus direct to the terminal.

I made this booking on behalf of my daughter, her husband and 2 daughters. my wife and I travelled to the hotel to deliver some goods to them, prior to holidaying in Cyprus. My vehicle was "captured" by your Parking Eye firm, demanding £100 fine for parking illegaly. Despite appealling and explaining fully, our fine still stands. Holiday Inn Express is an excellent Company but never again will my family or I use your facilities as long as these "cowboys" are in charge of your parking facilities

The hotel is great as we always stay here prior to a holiday. The staff are great although one of our meals was undercooked (ravioli) and dry and cold so we told the waitress who said she would tell the chef, we didnt here any more about it so went to bed hungry !!! Apart from that thehotel is great. Oh and they didnt have a fan and the room was too hot.The bus driver on the return journey was very rude and abrupt, but dont know if he is connected with the hotel, i wouldnt think so as the hotel staff are so nice!!

The hotel and parking were excellent but it seemed very overpriced compared with a trip I did from Glasgow airport in May. Edinburgh was 3 times the price of Glasgow!

Great deal - family room including breakfast plus 2 weeks parking for £159. Exceptionally large and comfortable room, fully prepared on arrival (at 2am). Convenient parking next to hotel with shuttle bus to/from the airport (< 10 mins).

The hotel is very convenient for the airport, but the down side is that a great price has to be paid for this convenience. The hotel itself is fine, and a big plus is that parking is on site.

The manager was a complete gem as ur bloody website did NOT book my return stay so at 12.30am I was stuck with no accomodation. I was bot impressed but thankfully to him Duncan Macpherson he gave us coffee and a bite to eat so I could stay awake to drive the 3hr journey home

Holiday inn extra was a lovely hotel. It was clean and very tidy. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. Only downside for me was the menu. Only thing I could choose was steak which was lovely but a bit on the high side
