I certify that I am the rights holder for this information, and/or that I have full permission to share it with Holiday Extras under these terms.
I consent to this information being used by Holiday Extras for commercial, promotional and any other purposes of all kinds, without expressly requiring accreditation or attribution to the original rights holder at any time.
I certify that I have not in the past provided and will not in future provide exclusive use of this information to any third parties or assign my rights in this information to any third parties. I understand and agree that although I may share this information with third parties in the future, I must under no circumstance agree to terms that will conflict with the terms of this contract.
I understand that Holiday Extras reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time.
I agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
I agree to indemnify Holiday Extras, and keep Holiday Extras indemnified at all times, against all or any costs, claims, damages or expenses incurred by Holiday Extras, or for which Holiday Extras may become liable, with respect to any intellectual property infringement claim or other claim relating to the content I have provided under this agreement.
