This was my first experience with holiday extras and was amazed how efficient and courteous the staff were, we had to wait only 5 mins before being taken to my ship and on the return journey my car was sitting waiting for me, many thanks, I would highly recommend Holiday Extras.

Mixed reviews on the website but we gave ourselves plenty of time and found service very good. Didn't wait too long to go off to the port but it did take a while for the transfer coach to set off back to the car parking on our return.

It's a shame that the only reason I am giving low marks is because on our return journey back to pick up our car from Cruies Parking Ltd we had to wait ages for the mini bus. When it did eventually arrive me and my mother in law were sent on the first mini bus

Excellent service and excellent value for money. The only minor complaint was that there was a twenty minute wait on the bus on the way home as we had to wait for the bus to fill up before heading back to the car park,

Arriving at the Parking Services depot and transport to the ship ran like clockwork and was very professional. However, on the return journey, we had to wait over an hour for the bus to pick us up due to 'transportation problems'.

We booked car parking at Southampton. Parking and joining the cruise ship went really well and we were very pleased. Coming back was awful. Management of providing enough shuttle buses for people disembarking was really poor and we waited an hour.

we found the Cruise Parking service excellent from start to finish. The staff were efficient and very helpful. The transfer to the ship does take 15 minutues but the buses run frequently. Very good service, exceptionally helpful and would use them again.

The service was efficient, with helpful, polite personnel. The one letdown was that we were not directed specifically to our car on return, rather given the keys and told 'it's in this area' (with around 50 other vehicles).

Everyone involved was very helpful. Check in was OK. Long delays with shuttle bus on return. But car park site is about 20 mins from the ship. I later found out about similar priced valet parking at the dock - which would have been much more convenient.

Good service. Staff wear distinctive coloured clothing to help with identification on return to the port, but perhaps given the large volume of people passing through the baggage collection area some other more eye-catching signage might help? Once the representative was located, there was a little confusion over the exact location of the shuttle coach. Small considerations, but tired travellers need all the help they can get. Based on my recent experience, get these small matters right and the service would be perfect.

Everything went like a dream.I first had aprehensions about finding the cruise parking car park but I put in the grid reference into my Sat Nav and it took me straight to the entrance gate where helpful staff took me and my wife straight to the ship and the next time we saw our luggage was outside our cabin.Arriving was just as easy and we were on our way home within an hour.Well done please pass on our thanks to the cruise parking staff at Southhampton.Rgds,Mr and Mrs Hodge
