We use Holiday Extra to arrange our holiday parking in Gatwick, Heathrow,Dover port and Southampton port many times and have been very happy with their service. Only once we notice mud mark on our car floor mat when we return from holiday and when I raise the issue on the feed back I had an answer within 24 hrs by email and the matter was resolve to my setisfaction which show how they care about customer service. Excellent service will use again and highly recommended.

All ok, left car in Southampton when I went to the Isle of Wight Festival. Actual car park was a little difficult to find and had to ring for staff to attend and then wait for a good while before being transferred to ferry port. Very good return to parking (just make sure you ring ahead to confirm) and staff helpful and pleasant

It took more than 1.5 hours from arriving at Cruise Parking to starting off on the coach for the terminal. Long extremely slow line of cars entering your facility.
