Yes a great service was provided. The Mini bus was waiting for us as we stepped off the ship. A friendly and organised service was provided. This is the 2nd time that we have travelled with you and will do so again in the future.

Service, timing of minibuses, staff,luggage transfer all excellent. Didn't realise was a 20 minute drive to port, thought was nearer (not a problem, but would like to have known). A little on the expensive side.

We arrived on a day that another cruise was late, so we had to queue to get into the site. But we were kept informed and you could not apologise enough to us all. The coach journey to the port and back was excellent. All the staff were very cheerful and polite. I would highly recommend your services to anyone. The one small downfall was that when I put your postcode into my computer, I ended up in your smaller car park. Otherwise I am a very satisfied customer and will use your services again.

Only minor blip on arrival at Cruise Parking was a large queue due to the late arrival of another cruise ship (i.e. completely out of the control of Cruise Parking so cannot complain) - this just meant that cars that should have already left to create spaces were still parked. All resolved in good time so no impact on our scheduled arrival at the cruise terminal. Staff were polite and helpful throughout (despite getting some hassle from a few customers)

The arrival was quite slow - kept waiting at entrance for about 10 minutes then a further 20 min for processing. Staff were friendly & helpful a good alternative to parking at the port.

transfer from car park to port was very long because of heavy traffic. transfer from port to car park on return was much better and drive gave us good advice about our exit to motorway to avoid further traffic.
