Excellent service. I arrived at 0615 and was rung by Sophie twice to see I'd I was OK. She arrived and next moment she was reversing towards me to pick me up and drop me at Dover docks. I was also contacted the day before and given the gate code plus 'is there any else we can do' returned late, opened gate and drove home. The security at the complex is very positive, lots of cameras and high gates.

The facilities and staff were excellent. Although nothing to do with Holiday Extras Port parking, there are port staff that are not totally aware of the different parking areas, consequently two passengers were wrongly advised to use the holiday extras mini bus. This used up two unnecessary spaces with a long queue of passengers waiting. Perhaps a specific information board indicating where to go for transport when leaving the terminal building would be useful.

Once we found the parking the service was brilliant, friendly and helpful. However it took us a long time to find which meant we missed out ferry. I don't recall being given an address, you need to make it clear that it is nowhere near the docks. Also I got fed up with holiday extra emails before our journey- far too many emails.
