While you're away, your car will be taken to the main car park where there is a heavy-duty security gate and CCTV in operation for your peace of mind. When you get back, just give the car park a call and they'll send a bus to come and pick you up and take you back to the car park. All that's left is to pick up your keys from reception, hop in your car and head home.

Arrival at Port Parking Ferry
When you arrive at the car park drive up to the sliding gate which will open to let you in. Find a space and park your car, then head over to reception to confirm your details and hand over your car keys. Once you've done that, the car park's friendly staff will help load your bags onto the bus. The bus takes 6 minutes and it's included in the price.

When you arrive park in a drop-off bay and head to reception to hand over your keys. While you take the included shuttle to the port, a professional driver will park your car for you.
The bus takes around 6 minutes.
Returning to the car park
Give Port Parking a call 5 minutes before you return to port so they can send the bus to collect you. It should be waiting for you when you disembark.
Pick up your keys from reception and drive home.
On your return to Port Parking Ferry
About 5 minutes before you get in at Dover port, call Port Parking on 01304 211 718 and they'll arrange a bus to pick you up and take you back to the car park. Once you're back at the car park, head to reception, pick up your keys and drive home.

Buses run between 7am and 6pm - there are no transfers outside of these times. If you return outside of these times you'll need to make your own way to and from the port and car park. The car park has a gate code outside of the opening times, which you can get by calling the the 24-hour number: 01304 211 718.
Please note transfers will not run on the following days: Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
If you only park for one day, you'll need to pay £5 for your shuttle bus.
As the postcode for the car park is new it will not be picked up correctly by satnav. Use the full address and the directions provided.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until the day after you're due to return, at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £5 per day. This is subject to change.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
