What hotels do you offer at London City airport?

The hotel we offer at London City airport is the 4-star Novotel.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. A full English breakfast is included in the room price.

Are transfers included?

Transfers are not included. The hotel is 2.3 miles away from the airport, and the hotel runs transfers 24-hours a day, which take approximately ten minutes. These cost £10 each way.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

When making your booking you will be asked if you would like to include the cancellation protection for £2.49. This will allow you a full refund if you need to cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before your stay. Normal cancellation charges are £15 per room per night. This does not apply to undercover hotels or special rate advanced purchases.

What facilities are in the rooms?

All rooms are en-suite with a hairdryer, air conditioning, mini bar, WiFi access and satellite TV with pay per view channels.

What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?

Guests may check-in from 2pm, and must check-out no later that 12pm.

Is there a restaurant and a bar at the Novotel?

Yes. The Upper Deck restaurant serves an international menu and the hotel’s bar offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and light snacks.

Are there leisure facilities at the Novotel?

Yes. There is a sauna, a Hammam and a fitness centre for guests to enjoy.

Does the hotel offer disabled rooms?

Yes. The Novotel has 13 adapted rooms for disabled guests and wheelchair users, which can be requested before booking.

Is parking included?

The Novotel can provide both room only, and room with parking packages. Please select which you would like when making your booking.
