Can you tell me the name of the Undercover Hotel?
Because we are bringing you these exclusive hotel deals, we cannot reveal the name of them until after your booking process is complete. You can be assured that they will be one of our 3 or 4-star options and that you will save money compared with the price normally charged on our website.

How can I request an early hotel check-in?
All you need to do is contact us and we will do all we can to assist you.

Can I ask for a smoking room?
Unfortunately we can't guarantee a smoking room will be available as some of our hotels don't offer them. If your hotel does, you are more than welcome to request it.

How do I request a cot in my room?
Simply contact us requesting a cot in your room. The majority of the hotels we offer have free cots meaning you won't have to bring your own with you.
