I need to change my Exeter Airport hotel booking - how do I do this?

How can I cancel my Exeter Airport hotel booking?
Should you need to cancel your booking, please contact us. If you have taken out our cancellation waiver, which costs £2.49 for hotel bookings and 99p for parking bookings, you will be able to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled stay and receive a full refund. If you choose not to buy the cancellation waiver, and decide you want to cancel, there is a cancellation fee of £15 for hotel bookings. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we will be unable to give you a refund, even if you have taken out cancellation protection. Will you charge me to use a credit card?
We charge two per cent of the total cost of the booking. This is because HolidayExtras.com® is charged by your card supplier.
