The staff were very friendly, informative and helpful. The car park didn't open until just before 4am so we waited outside for 15mins but that wasn't a problem as Southend airport only opens at 4am anyway. It might be an idea to say this on the website. Everything went very smoothly.

All went well just wasn't quite a smooth as some other airports we had to wait an extra 10 mins for a mini bus as the company only sent one that couldn't take all the passengers in one go.

The staff were excellent, they even called when we arraived late which was a good job as we got lost. The directions could have been better particularly as the car park is in a very quiet dark area. More signage would be helpful. The staff were friendly and efficient.
