Everything went swimmingly, staff very friendly and helpful, even put our cases into our car for us. Plane touched down at exactly 10pm and we were in our car driving home by 10.40. . . . .

The start of the holiday was spoilt by the wrong directions given by Airport Parking Shop, that i used (via google) to select Maple Manor. We finished up in Aviation way ! ( the old address) Also we called directory enquiries for the Southend Maple Manor address and they did not have a number. However, we went to the airport, got the Southend MM number and after that it was plain sailing. The parking staff were excellent for both departure and arriving back Please check that web sites associated with Maple Manor and Holiday Extras are up to date and directory enquiries have the number listed. Note: we do not have smart phones and therefore have to use printed directions and directory enquiries. Thank you

All was ok except for telephoning at the pickup point on return. We phoned repeatedly and got an answerphone that made us keep re- dialling. No good, when late at night standing in the freezing cold

Service was great! Upon arrival was quickly greeted and was parked on transfer to airport within 5 minutes. Location of parking was easy to find and on return the minibus was waiting and car was ready to go straight away. Very efficient and polite staff. Happy to book again for this service.

Would use this service again as very efficient and professional. However our last driver was driving too fast last time. Luggage was flying around in the back and other customers also felt uneasy. This needs to be addressed with more staff perhaps.

first time of using.The office was closed and the mobile I had been sent was discontinued.If someone else had not arrived and who had an up to date mobile number I would not have known what to do! My return journey was fine.

Our flight was delayed on return, but when I phoned to apologise for the delay, it wasnt a problem and the driver said he would be 45 seconds, and true to his word he was, even showed us a short cut to miss out the traffic on the way back
