Struggled to find the actual car park - no road signs or other signage. Once in the parking area, trying to get out as a pedestrian was just as bad, again, no signage how to get out, no signage to inform where the airport building was.

On arrival to car park the barrier did not recognise our number plate took a couple of calls to you for it then to be raised manually. No problems on return though even though flight was delayed and we didnt land till the next day.

Nothing wrong with car park but auto system wouldn't let me into the car park and assistance was needed. Same thing when trying to get out on return. Whoever was at the end of the intercom accepted my booking reference and let me in and out. I have no idea who's fault this was.

Booked parking on the website which explained in detail what we could expect on arrival and upon leaving. We were on an early morning flight out and a late flight back. We did not see any staff but we didn't need to as everything went smoothly for us.

Did not meet any staff so cant comment but have used you several times and quiet satisfied, on previous occassions I did not think when leaving the car park we had to insert the car park ticket I thought the barrier went up automatically, good job I remembered where I put the ticket. otherwise was fully satisfied and would recommend.
