Very easy parking there. Quiet and smooth.

We were a family group ranging in years from 18months to 70 years and found the entire experience Straightforward. We were especially pleased to find trolleys near our parking position as we were going ski-ing and had a large amount of luggage to transport to the terminal. The only thing would be that the signage for Car Park 3 could be a little larger.

The machine on entry no longer recognises my number plate. I have to call assistance on the last two occasions to get out of the car park. The last thing you want to do after s flight is wait at the barrier for exit

Despite prepayment, we were asked for£225 to get out of the car park. This was resolved quite quickly however.

Only hitch was the number plate recognition system which read an O for a D. This was sorted on our return easily by pressing the help button. Good service. Thanks.

I made a mistake by pressing button on arrival at barrier. I emailed and said this. Very helpful lady said just press button at gate on departure if there's a problem. There was, it took ages for someone to answer my call to lift barrier. Once answered man was very nice & helpful. We would've appreciated quicker response.

Great location, easy to find, a quick walk to the terminal, could not ask for more. Only agro getting out, as kept getting asked for more money. Operative sorted efficiently in end, but never had similar problem at any other location

We couldn't thought it. I would say the extension to the car park could be signed up as carpark 3 as we wasn't sure if we could park there or not. But everything went smoothly.

Perhaps the instructions to find the car park were a little lengthy but once we were there it was great. Easy to park and a minute walk to the Terminal. Coming home we were off the aeroplane and on the road within 15 minutes.

Always hit and miss on whether the car is recognised on the anpr and this time it was booked at park 3 but you informed airport parking 2 had problems explaining and getting matter sorted

Car park right near airport - so great. Have used Holiday Extras 3 times now and paid up front, However twice when we were leaving car park and put card in the machine asked for more money so we had to phone (again) and explain we had pre paid.

I had booked and paid for parking and then wished to arrive a day earlier. I rang and made enquiries and was advised to arrived on the day and get a ticket from the machine and then only pay for 1 day on return. This I did but was charged £160 + on return and now ha which I now have the problem of getting a refund which I hope will not be delayed.

Easy to find, only a few minutes walk from Departures, good price. Flight was about 30min late but had no problem getting out of car park. Spoke to 1 member of staff who was very friendly & helpful.
