Did not appear to be a particularly secure or well run car park. It is just a section of a football club car park. There was also no room in the minibus for a snowboard bag. As a result we had to wait for a bus to take other passengers back first then come back for us.

Nope ended up paying for parking in the airport as this company wasn't advertised as stated. Site wasn't as secure and I wasn't going to leave my keys with them.

Absolutely perfect in every way on return there was a football match at the facility so my car was delivered to the airport within 5 minutes of landing great service would use again

All went smoothly, and staff were very helpful. We were particularly impressed to have our car driven to the airport to meet us on our return, so that we didn't even need to go back to Maple Manor to collect it.

Maple manor is very close to the airport and the staff friendly and efficient. It is also considerably less expensive than the on airport parking. I did not have to wait at all for the mini bus, just got straight on. I would definitely recommend.

Only fault was, it wasnt well signed and tool us a while before we found the carpark. Your staff were very helpful and on time. On arrival on the way back they came as stated(10 minutes). Over all , good service and would recommend to friends.

Off site parking is iffy. Better directions. Clearer signage. Better comms e g texting. It needs to be cheaper. There has to be a point of differentiation because it cannot rival the convenience of airport on site parking. I booked it by accident then muddled through.

I bboked my parking as always on the flybe website so assumed I was parking in the same car park . I was shocked to get a call 30 minutes prior to take off asking if I intended parking . I had to pay another £60 to get out if the sane car park at Southampton airport. Needless to say I was not happy as the 4 day trip cost me £90 in parking fees. The different car park was not clear at the time if booking. I have use this airport parking many times so assumed the system this trip was the same as before. Silly me.

When I collected the car there were substantial muddy footprints on the drivers side carpet and on the sill. I thought precautions should have been taken to prevent this.
