Airparks at Newcastle airport.Had to spend extra 3 days in Spain due to Spanish air traffic control strike.Got back & found no extra charges ,they helped me to get car de-iced and started.Transfers to and from airport great-no waiting.

Staff helpful despite bad weather. Directions to site could have been better (two turnings off main road to specified village). Pick up arrangements (phone and shuttle bus) could have been better defined (map?)
