No problems at all, the park was only 2 minutes away from the airport, the only problem we found was having to drag our heavy cases from arrivals to the other end of the terminal to use the phone and then all the way back again to get the bus, it would have been a bit more convenient if the phone was situated near the arrivals although the bus was waiting for us by the time we walked back so that was good.

Parked @ Newcastle and had meet & greet service on return. It was an early am arrival and the system worked as described. Drop off point left us with a short walk on arrival which would not be great in wet weather with bags. Otherwise excellent service.

We use this service every time we go on holiday and have complete peace of mind whilst we are away that our car is in safe hands. The staff are couteous and helpful, the mimi bus takes minutes to arrive once you have telephoned to say you are waiting, and the car is parked up ready and waiting for you. Well recommended.
