The car parking was effortless, the barrier raised as we approached, once we had found a space it was a short walk to the terminal. Took a lot of hassle out of the start of our holiday. Recommend it to anyone flying from Terminal 2

Got changed £25 as I got mixed up with flight return on 9th but with time difference landed on the 10th . So 24 hours late . My mistake yes .have used before many times but won’t again.

We parked at T2 West @ Manchester. The whole airport is under construction and therefore to get to the car park the sat nav directions do not work. Follow the road signs. The car park itself is great though and very easy to get to the terminal.

Following the cancellation by the airport Crowne Plaza hotel my car park booking needed changing. Although I would be arriving one day later (less parking) I was charged an extra £58.50 due to no fault of my own.

The car park was easy to find, but the barrier didn’t lift until we took a token. There were plenty of spaces to choose from. We then returned and went to the exit barrier, inserted the token and were presented with a message to pay £348! We pressed the button to speak to someone, who said we shouldn’t have taken the token and he checked our registration and let us out. But this was our mistake and we would definitely use Holiday Extras again

When booking we entered our flight details (a Jet2 flight to Athens) and we were offered parking for terminal 2. However some of the Jet2 flights including ours to Greece, now fly from terminal 1 since April. It wasn’t possible to search for parking at terminal 1 on your website without entering our flight details so we had to park in terminal 2 and walk to terminal 1 which wasted us time

I booked parking at Manchester T2 west car park. The booking process with Holiday Extras was very easy with good directions to the car park. My car reg was easily picked up by the car park ANPR system at the entrance and again upon leaving. Very impressed, thankyou.

Prices were a bit of a surprise. Understand about CoVid but that affected us as well as you. Both vouchers we had from cancellations have had to be supplemented regardless of stay duration. Was hoping for loyalty discount rather than repeat customer punishment.

Barrier didn’t lift on the way out but I pressed the intercom and spoke to someone, confirmed my details and it took an extra minute overall, no problems at all and that was at 1am

Parked in the new T2 Manchester, the parking itself was fine…not sure how they could get that but wrong to be honest but our flight home was cancelled through no fault of my own but charged £25 for the extra day even though I paid for delay insurance. I tried to call the day before originally due back but the phone number on the app took me to Manchester airport office not the Holiday Extra site, the phone number they gave me to ring isn’t in service so there was no idea who I could call.

Following a 27 hour flight delay the car park would not lift the exit barrier until a further £25.00 was paid, not an ounce of compassion or understanding was shown, in my opinion nothing but pure greed and profit making money making racket a complete disgrace considering the original cost
