Drove in and Parked. Drove out again at the end. All perfect. What could be improved is the descriptions inside and outside the airport. Outside you follow "T2 Multi Sorey" inside you have to follow "T2 Car parks". Slightly confusing.

On arriving home from our holiday we found that our car had been broken into and the front dashcam camera stolen! When we informed a member of staff she replied with "how did that happen?" and gave us a number for the airport police.

We had our fast pass security taken from us without notice and are still waiting for a reply to our email. Not being able to speak to a real person is wrong . We will not use your company again as if i run my business like you do we would have none left.

I have always previously booked Meet and Greet at T2 Manchester but this seemed the best option this time so thought I would give it a try. The directions were spot on, the process very smooth and quick, and the car park really is a couple of minutes walk from the terminal. It was very convenient, especially on return, to be able to get straight in to the car and go, with no hanging around. As you take your keys with you, just need to keep them safe whilst on holiday! I would definitely use this car park next time.

Well placed close to terminal, easy access with number recognition, there was a problem when we came to exit as the number recognition didn’t work on this occasion, but was sorted very easily with a call button and the attendant sorted it straight away and was very helpful.

Parking was very good. Terminal 2 West was well signposted and easy to access departures. We had a bad experience on our return due to the closure of the M56 heading west where signposting was poor.

We booked fast track by giving my flight details. It was T1 we landed in T2 wasn't open either. So I'm not happy I paid for something that I couldn't use! I would only book carpark with you again.

I parked at Manchester T2 Multistorey last week and the process could not have been simpler. The number plate recognition worked perfectly on entry and exit and it was easy to find a vacant space. Access to departures and arrivals was quick and simple.

As usual, a seamless booking. We had a long delay waiting for our luggage after landed at home, but the barrier opened upon exit from the car park which helped us get on the road. Greatly appreciated and goes a long way. Will definitely use this service again and again as you clearly put customers before a little extra profit for a delay that is out of the control of passengers during this challenge going time of recruitment.
