from arriving at airport carpark and then transported into the airport itself was very quick.and onreturn after we came through customs and collected our baggage the tranfer coach was outside waiting to take us back to the carpark

The staff were fantastic when we got back to a car with a flat battery and quickly got us on the move. The only reason we don't give it 10 is the distance to the airport and the fact that the bus takes a while with stopping at all the terminals. Allow an extra 20 mins or so to find a parking space and the bus journey and it's great!

We booked Airport parking at Manchester .It was a very reliable service and the shuttle bus ran every 10 mins all the drivers were very polite and helpfull will definately book again

The bus driver for Jet parks plus took a different and very long route back which added on extra time after a delay in the bus arriving at the airport. Disappointing when we've always been very happy with the service previously.

Everything went smoothly. We had easy access, found a space straight away and the bus arrived immediately and waited for us. On our return evrything went just as smoothly. We will definitely be booking with holiday extras.com next time we travel.

Smooth and stress free service..only hiccup was we didn't realise the shuttle was free and panicked a bit when we realised we didn't have any change on us! Maybe make it clear it is included but otherwise great service

it was fine on departing on our holiday but on returning at the car park the assistant could not find us on the register which i felt was strange when we had checked in on the 12 th may am that was the only comment to make
