This is a complete waste of time. It’s not a meet and greet! You park your car in car park 1 and have to walk to and from the terminal back to car park 1 to collect the car yourself. The only thing the company did was hold the keys whilst I was away. Nothing was gained by using this option. Just pay for standard parking in car park 1!

Charged an extra £9.50 to park as Maple Parking operative was late to collect car for valet parking. Holiday Extras did not advertise it was Maple Parking who have a bad reputation

Most of the staff were abrupt and unhelpful, left standing around waiting for car to arrive. Even though it clearly states to call when you have your baggage

When you return signs for ter 1 need more prominence When you pick up your car could your rep make a clear statement that he is giving you an exit ticket

Luton Airport. Directions to carpark a bit vague. Ended up in the drop off area. £5 to get out. On return picked up car which was great. Driver said carparking was paid for. Drove to exit barrier, wouldn't let me out, another £9.50 to exit. Not good.

This was my 1st time ever using holiday extra. It was for parking at luton airport which had the best competed prices. So i look forward to using this site again to see what other offers are available.
