Need to know

Drop your car off at the Terminal Car Park 1. A member of the team will meet you there and park your car while you walk to the terminal.

When you get back, call Holiday Extras and your car will be brought to the agreed collection point.

You will have 15 minutes to exit the car park once your vehicle has been returned to you. Any delays beyond the 15 minutes will mean extra payment will be required upon exiting the car park.

This packages comes with a ‘No Wait Guarantee'. If you have to wait longer than 10 minutes for your car to be returned you'll be refunded 25%. Any longer than 20 minutes you'll be refunded 50% and if you're waiting longer than 40 minutes you'll get all your money back.

This guarantee applies as long as:

• The correct return flight number, landing date and time have been given.
• Your flight doesn't land more than 15 minutes early, unannounced.
• There aren't any vehicle issues that prevent or delay the return of your vehicle, including mechanical, electrical, fuel.
• There are no road closures or accidents on the journey.
• Heightened security doesn't slow down entry to the airport.

Accessibility

Meet and greet parking is great for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus is not required.

The car park is in a gated compound and secured by:

• 'Park Mark' awarded
• Security barriers
• CCTV
• 24-hour patrols

All uniformed drivers are CRB checked and fully insured.

The small print

The car park's maximum height allowance is 2.1 meters.

Getting to and from Luton airport

Arriving at the airport

Give Holiday Extras a call when you're 20 minutes from the airport.

Drive to Terminal Car Park 1 to meet your driver - your booking confirmation will include directions and a postcode for your satnav. You'll need to give them your booking reference and car keys, as well as your return flight information.

From there, it's a short walk to the terminal while the driver parks your car in a secured car park.

Returning to the airport

Once you've collected your luggage, walk back to where you dropped your car off.
