Staff were unprofessional. There is a lack of clear instructions where to park and who to speak to. There were no trollies available on arrival. Upon my return having phoned ahead from baggage reclaim I had to wait 35minutes To get my car! This isn’t the service I paid for nor expected!

I had items stolen from my vehicle! Used the Meet & Greet service with Maple Parking and when they returned my vehicle a phone charger and cigarette plug had been removed from the dashboard. When I returned home I also learned my hybrid charging cable had been removed from the boot. Why you are promoting this business is beyond me.

Good service which I have used before, however I noticed a dent on my car door, which may of occurred whilst it was parked, I will alway video the car when dropping off as I use airport parking twice a year without issue.

My booking included a 'No Wait Guarantee'. I rang the Holiday Extras number at on landing at Luton on the 30th August saying we were on our way. We arrived at the Maple Parking desk only to find it unmanned. The car was eventually returned to me after waiting for 23 minutes in total. I am hoping Holiday Extras will honour their guarantee and am claiming a 50% refund as per, " This car park comes with a ‘No Wait Guarantee'. If you have to wait longer than 10 minutes for your car to be returned you'll be refunded 25%. Any longer than 20 minutes you'll be refunded 50% and if you're waiting longer than 40 minutes you'll get all your money back". The system for raising issues is flawed as you have to fill in a form which on submission does nothing. Eventually you try again and you get an error saying 'duplicate reference number' which suggests that the first attempt did actually submit. Then you finally get an e-mail confirmation but no detail so you still have no idea if your submission was OK.

We had to wait 20 minutes for our car which was disappointing. Also there are FOUR meet and greet companies all next to each other which was confusing. I will not be using this service again it would have been quicker using long stay!

parking at Luton airport, shambles. gave me a ticket to exit car park, said i had 6 minutes to exit, go to the exit in 2 mins only to be faced with a £9 charge to exit.. little option but to pay it. shocking customer service

Parking was fine and everybody polite and helpful. Only problem is the signposting at Luton Airport on return. Its not clear that we need to take the 1st lift to floor 2 of carpark 2 then cross the bridge to the lift for the next carpark

Did the booking, read everything, everything was fine... until... i get there... No signs, asked all the people there where i should park, no one knew about it and keep send me to different area, finally i discover and guess what was the first place i went, but without signs is difficult, the gentleman was rude... and they take your car away... When doesn't say nothing when you book. In my return was fine...

We struggled to find the car rental rep when we arrived at Lisbon airport but following assistance once we were in touch the service was excellent including the support we received when we had a puncture in our second day with the car and returning the car was very smooth.

called number en route to airport and no answer initially. called a second time and was connected . No problems and quick turnaround on arrival, On return had to wait longer than indicated which given that the flight had been delayed and it was early hours was somewhat disappointing .
